Oops I did it again

Now I'm not a Britney Spears fan at all - especially that goofy song. Tonight's oops is more - we jumped off and did something - something which wasn't what we thought we'd do. In fact was something we said we wouldn't do (no Lanny I didn't break my Lenten Discipline)

Heerrreeee's ZOE! our new little - unknown breed of dog. The pound people say Norfolk or Cairn terrier - we think - touch of Schnauzer in there. Went to the local pound - she is an adult dog, was a stray (tied to the gate of the pound when they showed up to work a week ago). She is adjusting - well except for the peeing and pooing on the floor - AARGH! DH is being very patient with her - she is a lover and became much more presentable after a bath. Conan the Destroyer thinks she is OK - smells quite interesting and certainly eats fast! We are going to really upset his applecart by putting them both in crates tonight (oh be still my heart - a bed all to our human selves??)

So - no huge dog to guard the house and fend off coyotes - just about 12 pounds of unblinking energy! It is strange on Buhlaland - we do things we didn't think we'd do (but I love her already!!!)

Zoe is adorable and I think you nailed her possible breed combo, but what really matters is she has a home and you have her. Conan and Zoe....I bet they will make wonderful mischief together.

aaaahhhhh I love her! I love scruffy little dogs! Tee hee about having bed to self. Now that I have my own Rattish delight I get to have one tunnel in and out of our covers every night. She went into heat a while back, had to be protected from Martin, so she spent many nights in the kennel. What a delight to roll over and not have to adjust around a tunneled dog! But I was glad to have her back. Does that make me fickle?

I Love Zoe absoultely Love her. Too cute.

Very cute dog, I hope she stops going potty in the house.

I love that you adopted her!! I know exactly how you feel -- uncertain of anything except that you simply couldn't leave without her and even with all the various problems: you are hooked.

Blessings!
