Everything coming up roses

It's been a rough few months, stuff happening, life bumping along in ways I hadn't planned or necessarily wanted. Spring is here with warmer weather, abundant rain and suddenly my roses are blooming. I realize "it's not so bad - life always changes". Often it changes for the better, but it definitely changes. Resisting change is futile (that sounds SO Borg - google if you don't know Borg). Rose blooms and a sunny day - it is well with my soul here in Buhlaland. Hope the spring is rosy for you also.

I'm right there with you, LindaSue- Hubby and I had some unexpected expenses pop up just when we thought we were getting back on our feet...
I'm trusting that the Lord will provide, so it is well with my soul, too.

Hope you have a wonderful spring! Yours so right resisting change is futile we need to just embrace it

I know exactly how you feel, Lindasue. Something "popped up" into my life a few weeks ago, it has literally broken my heart. The more I try to fix it, it only gets more heartbreaking, and I want things to be back the way they used to be, but unfortunately, change has had it's way. But I have faith, and I have had to just hand it over to the Lord. I love your roses! Those colors are so tranquil! blessings, Kathleen

What a positively wonderful attitude! And a poignant reminder to count our blessings. Thank you.
