No words for this - unusual and unseasonal don't even come close! Wet webs in rosemary, cluckers in muddy run, shortstack of fungi on oak stump, droplets of water on the culinary sage - yep - it is wet in North Texas and Buhlaland is good - soggy but good. For those of you who are loyal (or not) readers - you know we've had some serious health challenges. God is so faithful and good - doctor's appointment on Monday gave us both some much needed reassurance and sleeping SO much better. Not trying to be mysterious - if you have a real interest leave a comment and I'll send a link to our health site for fuller information Honestly - I feel as if our lives have become such an open book - sometimes a comic book and sometimes a mystery thriller - but read on friends read ON!

Its good to hear that that things are looking better..we are still struggling financially, sigh...it rained here last night and is very cool today.
Dani - financially it will be a long time before we see daylight - rain wise - just had a little sunshine poke through the overcast. Sorry you are still challenged - Washington DC is so out of touch with real Americans I have pretty much quit discussing it. So tired of hearing real working class people discussed as if we need someone to tell what is for "our own good" - anyhow - thanks for commenting!
I'm happy to hear that things are better. It is always difficult to take a deep breath and relax when we face the unknown. I'm glad that you can finally relax. So happy about the rain. Want to trade it for some of the snow we got yesterday? LOL Didn't think so.

Interesting how life can be a tragedy AND a comedy at the same time. I like that we can share our lives via blogging , and our concerns too. The outpouring of prayers and well wishes really DO make a difference for the best, and you and your DH have been part of that. Being able to pray for you and yours is a privilege, and God granted privilege.
I am thankful you can both sleep a bit more peacefully too.
We're having lots of rain and cold temps; expecting snow this weekend. It's a good reason to stay inside, eat soup, make bread and stay warm.

So good to see the sun today! We were in Nashville this weekend. I spent the afternoon at the farm setting my gopher traps. I caught 2! YEA, now only 1,497 of the little suckers to go!

Oh, Linda Sue- your hens are gorgeous! I think this is the first pictures I've seen of them since they've grown up. Their plumage is just beautiful.
