I've been soaking and making them for as long as I can remember and that's quite some time. Although I soak them overnight then throw off that water, then add fresh and then cook them. I guess it really doesn't matter as long as they taste good.Southern Bloomshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17188621001731419782noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4607260760839481724.post-33319485324576962032010-11-08T09:05:38.320-06:002010-11-08T09:05:38.320-06:00I made pinto beans this weekend, Linda Sue. Someone else I know through blogging I thought was taller only to find out that they are not! Hmmm. I think some folks just always sound tall to me. Hey no pressure on the posting stuff, just pretty much my way of saying I wish we both could spend more time writing. Have a great beginning to your week! It is pouring buckets of rain here and I think I'm glad in spite of the things I need to get done in the Market Garden before we are at muck and mire stage. Halloween sugar cookies, a second pot of coffee and a bunch of indoor work.
